Are you planning a girly weekend at a log cabin soon? Your besties birthday? Or what about a wholesome hen who’d much rather downward facing dogs than inflatable d*cks?
Immerse yourself in the world of relaxation to celebrate with some soul soothing gentle yoga and somatic meditation, allowing you to find inner peace amidst all the excitement and rushing around!
Or if you’re feeling the wild woman call, slink into something a little more comfortable and join me as I guide you deep into your body and into your divine feminine energy in an empowering sensual dance class.
A Retreat Experience is exactly how it sounds. With your collaboration before the session, I will create a retreat experience for you & your girls to rest, reset & recenter.
This can include yoga, sensual & embodied movement, free-movement & dance, somatic experiencing, nervous system regulation, meditation, pranayama (breathing practises) & more.
Pricing:
2 hour mini retreat – £150
3 hour mini retreat – £200
4 hour mini retreat – £250
You can have up to 3 people for the above cost ~ splitting the cost for you and a couple of mates to spend a beautifully unique and wholesome experience together.
For bigger groups – it’s the same prices as above for each duration, plus just £25 pp for each additional guest (min. of 8 guests*) – meaning a 2 hour Retreat Experience for 8 is less than £35 pp! Drop me a message and let’s plan!
