This practise, “Pleasure-Body: The Homecoming,” is designed to help you re-centre, reconnect and return Home, to yourself. Through a gentle and sensual journey, you’ll experience a blend of embodiment practices, pleasure practices, and soothing tools to heal your nervous system.
