Terms & Conditions:

1. Pricing, Deposit, and Payments
– The early bird price for The Embodied Woman Retreat is £600 and is available for a limited time (Until Dec 1st 2024). The standard price is £750*. *These prices are based on a shared room with up to two other women; a private room costs £900 with the early bird discount, or £1050 standard price, there is only 1 of these available.
– A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your place on the Retreat. This amount will be deducted from the total retreat cost.
– By paying the deposit, you agree to settle the remaining balance by July 14th, 2025 (two months prior to the retreat). If a payment plan has been agreed upon, all payments must be completed by this date.
– Full payment is due two months prior to the retreat start date (July 14th, 2025). Any bookings made after this date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy 
– Cancellations made before July 14th, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
– No refunds will be provided in cases of no-shows or early departures from the retreat.
– In the unlikely event that The Embodied Woman Retreat is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (such as flights or travel insurance).

3. Flights, Travel, and Insurance
– Flights and travel insurance are not included in the retreat price. It is the responsibility of each guest to arrange and cover these costs.
– One shared group transfer from the local airport to the retreat venue will be provided on the first day of the retreat. Exact details and timings will be communicated closer to the retreat. If you miss the transfer, it will be your responsibility to arrange alternative transportation to the venue.
– We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as medical expenses, or loss of personal belongings.

4. Check-In and Check-Out 
– Check-in is from 13:00 on September 14th, 2025. 
– Check-out is by 18:00 on September 19th, 2025.

5. Retreat Activities
– The Retreat program includes a range of activities such as somatic yoga, pleasure practices, creative writing, and group discussions. All activities are optional, but participation is encouraged to gain the full benefits of the experience. It is your responsibility to be on time for sessions and meal times, lateness to sessions may result in the facilitator asking you not to participate rather than disturb the flow of the session.
– Please inform the retreat organiser in advance of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your participation in physical activities.

6. Personal Responsibility and Health
– By booking The Embodied Woman Retreat, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good physical and mental health to participate in the retreat.
– If you have any allergies, dietary requirements, or medical conditions that may require special attention, please ensure that you notify us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate these .

7. Code of Conduct 
– We expect all participants to maintain respectful and mindful behaviour during the Retreat. This is a dry retreat, there will be no alcohol or drugs. Any participant who displays inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave the retreat without a refund.

8. Changes to the Retreat
– The Retreat schedule and activities are subject to change based on the needs of the group or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
